The workplace as an experience and a catalyst for innovation is becoming a prerequisite for commercial tenants. Our challenge was to reconfigure the ground and lower ground floors of two 1960s office blocks to create sustainable, inspirational spaces. Our redevelopment focuses on creating best-in-class spaces through a mix of open-plan collaborative areas, rejuvenated entrances, and enhanced reception experiences. — Hawkins Brown
